Managers
With 9 locations and plans to expand, the Natural Café is always seeking the right people to put in the right place.
Responsibilities include:
  • acting as a leader on the floor;
  • training and developing staff;
  • ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality;
  • scheduling and labor monitoring;
  • ordering and inventory control;and
  • daily general restaurant maintenance.
Restaurant experience is necessary, but management experience is not required -- we will train the right person!
